To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Salvador Quinones and I am Senior Pastor at Amazing Grace Christian Fellowship. I have known Pastor Ron Lester and his family for over two decades and during that time, I have found him to be a man of integrity and sincerity.
Pastor Lester is a man who believes what he lives and lives what he believes. He is a man of faith, a man whom I truly respect. He is also a man of perseverance. If you would ask me to give you one word that I believe describes Pastor Lester, it would be ’overcomer’.
Pastor Lester may be visually blind, but he sees clearer than most men. His determination and commitment is to be admired and he is an encouragement to those who know him. He not only has a wonderful testimony, he is a testimony. I endorse his ministry and do not hesitate to recommend him.

Recommendation by Dale Gentry
My name is Dale Gentry. I have been in ministry for 46 years/ a pastor for 23 years. I am also president of Breakout Prayer Network in Austin, Texas.
I'm writing to ask you to prayerfully consider having Dr. Ron Lester minister in your church or group. He is an excellent motivator and minister.
I have known Ron and his wife Betty since 1980 and have found them to be "true blue" in every way. Ron served in a full time capacity on my leadership staff for several years in Oklahoma City. He has an incredible testimony of how he has overcome major obstacles in life while serving as a senior pastor and other areas of leadership both in the church and secular world.
I highly recommend this wonderful man of God and "true champion" in His kingdom.

To Whom it May Concern,
I would like to recommend my friend Ron Lester to fill any opening you might have for a guest speaker.
I have known Ron for over 30 years. Ron and I worked on staff together at Del City First Assembly, in Del
City, Oklahoma back in the early 1980’s. Since then we have kept in touch.
Ron has been a good friend and a wonderful human being. He has always been energetic and a man of
high integrity. Ron’s accomplishments in spite of his vision handicap are remarkable.
St. John wrote in 1 John 1:1 about seeing, hearing, and touching Jesus. It is great to read about Jesus.
However, we would all much prefer to have the hands on experience that St. John describes.
That is what Ron offers an audience. He is the flesh and blood personification of the highly motivational
message he proclaims; which is to not allow any handicap, perceived or real, to limit your dreams.
Non-handicapped people can give great motivational speeches but there is nothing like the reality of
meeting a person who has lived the speech. Ron’s personified message will pierce the heart and uplift
the soul. It will absolutely have far greater impact than even the most dramatic message that does not
have the personification.
I truly hope every pastor that has opportunity will put Ron on their schedule of guest speakers soon.

To Whom it may concern,
I would like to recommend my friend Ron Lester as a guest speaker at your church. I have known Ron for over 15 years. Ron is a man filled with integrity and strength, you can see this through his message and his testimony. Ron’s testimony shows us God’s unfailing faithfulness, regardless of our circumstances. Ron’s personal accomplishments are an inspiration to those around him, he shows us that with God all things are possible. When Ron speaks, the people awaken with a passion to fulfill God’s will and to not allow their current circumstances or inabilities to get in the way of what God has planned, Ron is a living proof of this.
I sincerely hope that every pastor has the opportunity to host Ron as a guest in their church.
